GPU driver outage via leaked aperture mapping

Resource cleanup failure in Linux allows local users to make AMDGPU discovery fail after a privileged driver unload and reload. During amdgpu_pci_remove(), drm_dev_unplug() makes drm_dev_enter() fail in amdgpu_ttm_fini(), skipping iounmap() and orphaning a PAT entry. Triggering the condition requires AMDGPU hardware and privileged driver lifecycle operations; the bounded consequence is loss of GPU driver availability.
