KVM emulation failure via hotplug ASID collision

ASID collision in affected Linux KVM SVM kernels allows guest OS users to trigger stale translations and KVM emulation failure. svm_enable_virtualization_cpu() resets the per-CPU generation on every online event, letting a blocked vCPU's saved generation and ASID match an identifier reassigned to another VM. Exploitation requires AMD SVM virtualization, vCPUs from different VMs sharing a physical CPU, and an offline-online hotplug cycle while one vCPU remains blocked.
