Timer disruption via debugobjects OOM race

Race condition in the Linux kernel allows local users to disrupt timer operation during a concurrent debugobjects OOM shutdown. The debug_object_assert_init() and debug_object_activate() paths invoke their fixup callbacks after another task disables debug objects and frees shadow objects, so an error-pointer lookup is handled as an object fault. Exploitation requires debug objects to be enabled, memory exhaustion to race the lookup, and local execution; the demonstrated consequence is a dysfunctional timer and denial of service.
