Service interruption via partial debugfs register write

Uninitialized data use in Linux kernel 6.15 allows local users to interrupt service through an IIO core debugfs register write. The iio_debugfs_write_reg function passes a nonzero file offset to simple_write_to_buffer, leaving the beginning of its stack buffer uninitialized before parsing it as register data. Reachability requires debugfs support, a registered IIO device exposing direct_reg_access, and permission to write the debugfs file.
