Service interruption via unchecked RNDIS query offsets

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel RNDIS gadget support allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt service with a malformed query. The rndis_query_response() function adds InformationBufferOffset plus eight to the request base and passes that pointer and an unchecked InformationBufferLength to gen_ndis_query_resp(). Reachability requires physical USB access to a system configured as an RNDIS gadget; published evidence does not establish a crash mode beyond limited availability impact.
