Service crash via unbounded HTTP header allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in ACME mini_httpd 1.30 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service through HTTP headers. In handle_request(), add_to_buf() repeatedly reallocates the request buffer without a header-size limit, while each read resets the 60-second alarm. An unauthenticated client can keep connections open by sending data before each timeout and withholding the header terminator, exhausting memory until the process is killed.
