Unauthenticated stream injection via disabled publish security

Improper access control in OSSRS SRS 4.0.268 and 5.0.213 allows remote attackers to inject RTMP streams without authentication. Within SrsSecurity::check, a disabled vhost security setting causes the publish authorization path to return success instead of rejecting an unauthenticated request. The RTMP listener must be reachable and no hook, token, network ACL, or other publish control can intervene; accepted streams can contaminate live content and consume resources.
