Upstream API writes via disabled CSRF protection

Cross-site request forgery in Basecamp Upright at commit efe4f2e5254ac6e57e45d2261804cca74dbbca3f allows remote attackers to send proxied API requests. The AlertmanagerProxyController and PrometheusProxyController disable forgery protection, then forward the browser-controlled method, path, content type, and body to configured upstream services. Exploitation requires a logged-in user's browser to submit the request; resulting writes depend on the upstream APIs enabled.
