Information disclosure via truncated frame expansion

Information disclosure in the SBN UDP interface in NASA cFS 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to read stale buffer data via a crafted frame. SBN.UnpackMsg omits the received byte count, and Unpack_Data validates the declared MsgSz only against fixed buffer capacity rather than actual datagram length. Exposure requires the SBN UDP path and TO_LAB forwarding; leaked output is limited to residual bytes present in reused receive buffers.
