Remote process crash via modulo-by-zero waveform calculation

Denial of service in NASA F´ 4.2.2 Ref::SignalGen allows remote attackers to crash the Ref process through unsafe waveform settings. Settings_cmdHandler stores an externally commanded triangle-wave frequency without validation, letting generateSample truncate halfSamplesPerPeriod to zero and evaluate ticks modulo zero. The command interface must be exposed through GDS and SignalGen must be running or toggled on; the result is termination of the reference-deployment process, not a demonstrated failure of every F´ deployment.
