Root code execution via unbounded MAC address copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda W20E V5.0 firmware 16.01.0.6(2782) allows remote attackers to execute root-level code. The setDhcpStaticBindList handler passes an unchecked bindMACAddr value to table->add(), where strcpy() copies it into a fixed-size stack structure without a canary or fortified bounds checking. The path requires an administrator session, but the documented factory-default admin account has an empty password; successful exploitation can execute code as root or crash the router.
