Remote server crash via unchecked ASDU capacity

Heap-based buffer overflow in lib60870-C 2.4.0 allows remote attackers to crash a CS104 server through file-transfer responses. FileSegment_encode() accepts a segment based on its standalone maximum and then appends object fields and data without checking the current ASDU frame's remaining capacity. A reachable CS104 peer must drive an application response that adds multiple FileSegment objects; the demonstrated consequence is heap corruption and process termination.
