Remote client crash via unchecked event field count

Heap-based buffer over-read in Systerel S2OPC 1.7.3 allows remote attackers to crash OPC UA clients via crafted PublishResponse data. The Alarm/Conditions wrapper uses the remote EventFieldList count as a loop bound without checking alarm_selectClauses_len, then treats an out-of-bounds pointer as a string path. The client must use the alarm/event wrapper and accept a response from a malicious OPC UA server or traffic modified by man-in-the-middle attackers; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
