Remote server crash via undersized notification allocation

Out-of-bounds read in Systerel S2OPC 1.7.3 allows remote attackers to crash an OPC UA server through RepublishResponse processing. The response builder preserves a two-element notification count but allocates and copies only one element, causing the encoder to read beyond the heap buffer. Exploitation requires event management, mixed data-change and event notifications, and a remote client that completes the subscription, publish, and republish sequence; the demonstrated consequence is a server crash.
