Remote code execution via unrestricted file upload
Published Aug 17, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in RainyGao-GitHub DocSys 2.02.80 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server code. The /uploadDoc.do handler skips its administrator check for certain usage input and accepts an attacker-controlled path, filename, and JSP body without file validation. A logged-in ordinary user or a share-link user with read and write access can place a JSP outside the intended directory and run it on the server.
