OS command injection via regex argument interpolation

OS command injection in OliveTin 3000.2.0 through 3000.16.2 allows attackers to execute commands through a regex-typed Shell action. checkShellArgumentSafety omits regex-prefixed types, after which wrapCommandInShell inserts a matching argument into an sh -c template without shell escaping. Exploitation requires an operator-created Shell action whose regex permits command-substitution syntax, and injected commands run with the OliveTin process user's privileges.
