CVE-2026-67429Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file write via caller-controlled sandbox base

Published Jul 29, 2026 · Updated Jul 29, 2026

Path traversal in Flyto2 Core before 2.26.6 allows remote attackers to write attacker-controlled bytes outside the filesystem sandbox. The image.download module checks output_path against caller-controlled output_dir rather than FLYTO_SANDBOX_DIR, so the caller selects both the target and its supposed confinement base. The module is reachable through generic MCP and hosted HTTP execution interfaces without authentication, and exploitation can overwrite any file writable by the service process.
