Unauthenticated file read via HTTP path traversal
Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 9, 2026
Path traversal in Siemens SIMOVE Fleetmanager and SIPLANT allows remote attackers to read operating-system files without authentication. The embedded HTTP server's file-serving endpoint fails to validate and neutralize directory traversal sequences before resolving requested paths. Network access to the endpoint requires no credentials, exposing files outside the intended web root, including configuration secrets, private keys, and credential stores.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
