Incorrect authorization in ArcadeDB before 26.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary JavaScript through SQL. DefineFunctionStatement.executeSimple registers LANGUAGE js functions without applying the polyglot engine's UPDATE_SECURITY permission check. Any database-authorized role, including read-only, reaches this path; host lookup is blocked, but scripts can issue outbound requests and exhaust CPU or memory.
