CVE-2026-6734Network attack vector

Cross-origin request misrouting via proxy pool reuse

Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026

Origin validation failure in Node.js Undici 7.23.0 before 7.28.0 and 8.0.0 before 8.2.0 allows remote attackers to misroute HTTP requests. Socks5ProxyAgent reuses the connection pool created for the first origin without checking that the pool origin matches each later request. Exploitation requires one agent instance to contact multiple origins, letting an attacker-controlled first origin receive later credentials and request data and supply responses trusted for another destination.
