Upload-limit bypass via unknown-length ReadableStream bodies

Resource-limit bypass in Axios 1.7.0 before 1.18.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust bandwidth via unknown-length streams. The fetch adapter's getBodyLength() has no ReadableStream branch, so an absent Content-Length yields undefined and skips the finite-length maxBodyLength comparison. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled unknown-length stream data through the fetch adapter with a finite limit; bounded effects include excess network egress, resource consumption, and upstream quota exhaustion.
