SSRF via omitted 0.0.0.0 loopback match

SSRF in Axios 0.31.0 before 0.33.0 and 1.15.0 before 1.18.0 allows remote attackers to reach local services via 0.0.0.0 URLs. lib/helpers/shouldBypassProxy.js omits 0.0.0.0 from isLoopback(), so NO_PROXY loopback entries do not match and the Node HTTP adapter applies the configured proxy. Exploitation requires attacker control of a request URL or redirect, environment proxy variables, and a proxy able to relay 0.0.0.0; plain HTTP data can be exposed.
