Service interruption via unbounded FormData path recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in affected Axios releases before 1.18.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt services via crafted FormData names. In formDataToJSON, parsePropPath creates path segments and buildPath recurses once per segment without a depth limit, exhausting the JavaScript call stack. Reachability requires conversion of attacker-controlled FormData directly or as application/json; an uncaught RangeError can terminate the process.
