Command execution via unvalidated workflow input interpolation

Shell injection in Wazuh GitHub Actions workflows before 44bf114 allows remote attackers to execute commands through crafted pull requests. The Linux package-builder workflow copies the VERSION.json version value into GITHUB_ENV, and composite actions interpolate it directly into Bash run steps without validation. A public-fork pull request must trigger the self-hosted workflow; injected commands then run with the runner's privileges and can read exposed CI credentials.
