Client crash via unchecked planar RLE byte count

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP 3.28.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash a connected client via a truncated planar RLE update. The planar_decompress_plane_rle functions validate the control byte but read its 0–15 declared raw bytes without checking the remaining source length. Exploitation requires a client user to connect to a malicious or compromised RDP server; a client crash is demonstrated, while adjacent-memory disclosure remains unconfirmed.
