Local code execution via stack buffer overflow
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in IBM Concert 1.0.0 through 3.0.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via crafted input. IBM has disclosed only that improper bounds checking lets attacker-controlled data overrun a stack buffer; it has not identified the affected component or operation. A local account is required, and successful exploitation runs code on the Concert host in the vulnerable process's security context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
