Service interruption via oversized RDPEI body allocation

Improper input validation in FreeRDP before 3.29.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt RDP services via a crafted RDPEI message. rdpei_server_handle_messages subtracts the header size from a peer-controlled 32-bit pduLen and passes the result to Stream_EnsureCapacity without an upper bound or receipt of the declared body. Exposure requires a server, proxy, or shadow deployment with RDPEI reachable; the confirmed consequence is excessive server-side memory consumption, not code execution or data access.
