Client crash via unchecked TSMF ExtraData offsets

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP before 3.29.0 allows remote attackers to crash RDP clients with malformed server media data. The TSMF parser accepts short nonzero AVC1 MPEG2VIDEOINFO ExtraData, and tsmf_ffmpeg_init_stream reads offsets 8, 12, and 20 without first checking its length. The deprecated, optional TSMF FFmpeg decoder must be available; the demonstrated consequence is a client crash, with no write primitive or code execution shown.
