Unauthenticated file read via stale principal pointer

Path traversal in MikroTik RouterOS 7.20 through 7.23.3 and 7.24 through 7.24.1 allows remote attackers to read root-owned files. A new WebFig session leaves its principal pointer uninitialized, and /jsproxy uses the stale value to authorize parent-directory components in an encrypted URI. Reachability requires network access to WebFig; successful exploitation discloses configuration stores and credentials without changing files or interrupting service.
