Unauthorized LUN access via initiator authorization bypass

Missing authorization in Dell PowerStore 5.0.0.0-2752020 through 5.0.0.1-2755744 allows attackers to read or write unauthorized LUNs. The storage I/O authorization path accepts requests from a mapped host without enforcing the LUN mapping assigned to that initiator; Dell has not disclosed the underlying implementation error. Access to a host already mapped to the array is required, after which unrelated LUN data can be disclosed, modified, or made unavailable.
