Stored XSS via unescaped text rotator attribute

Stored XSS in WPClever WPC Smart Messages for WooCommerce 4.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The wpcsm_text_rotator handler in includes/class-shortcode.php places its text shortcode attribute into span content without escaping it. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, which executes in the browser whenever a user visits the affected page.
