Service interruption via unbounded AMQP body assembly
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Resource exhaustion in RabbitMQ Server allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service by streaming AMQP 0-9-1 body fragments. The reader process trusts the content-header BodySize, defers max_message_size enforcement until completion, and keeps accumulating streamed fragments when an enormous declared size prevents assembly from finishing. Any authenticated publisher can trigger cluster-wide publisher degradation through the memory alarm or exhaust node memory.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=>= 3.13.0, < 3.13.15
