SSRF in V 0.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to access internal services through applications that validate URLs with net.urllib. net.urllib.parse extracts an allowlisted host from a backslash-bearing authority, while net.http.get normalizes the backslash and connects to the preceding internal host. Exploitation requires an application to validate attacker-controlled URLs with net.urllib before fetching the same input with net.http; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized internal-service access.
