Unauthenticated server crash via unchecked protobuf fields

Denial of service in Perspective 5.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash VirtualServer backends with incomplete protobuf messages. The dispatcher directly unwraps optional proto3 fields and view-configuration lookups at nine sites instead of returning the existing unknown-view error, so omitted fields or nonexistent view IDs become None values that abort the process. Any unauthenticated client able to reach a WebSocket-backed VirtualServer can interrupt every hosted table and connected client; the native engine is not affected.
