Process crash via decode_lzss heap overwrite

Heap out-of-bounds write in GIMP on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 through 9 allows remote attackers to crash GIMP via a crafted PAA file. The PAA plug-in's decode_lzss() function uses an incorrect length while writing decoded data, so the write passes the heap buffer boundary. A user must open the untrusted image; Red Hat scores the direct impact as a GIMP crash, while heap metadata corruption creates an arbitrary-code execution path.
