Arbitrary file write via imported filename traversal

Relative path traversal in Dashbit Livebook 0.11.0 through 0.18.6 and 0.19.0 through 0.19.8 allows remote attackers to write files. The import routine accepts a file_entries name verbatim, and cache-path resolution collapses parent segments without verifying containment before writing downloaded URL content. Exploitation requires a victim to open an attacker-authored notebook and request the URL entry, after which files can be written anywhere accessible to the Livebook process.
