SQL injection via unsanitized stream comments

SQL injection in elixir-ecto Postgrex 0.19.3 through 0.22.3 allows attackers to read or alter database data through stream comments. Postgrex.stream/4 passes :comment to parse_describe_comment_msgs/3, which concatenates it inside a comment without rejecting a closing delimiter. Exploitation requires a consuming application to supply attacker-influenced metadata; injected clauses run as the connection role, while Parse blocks chained statements.
