Mesh control via cleartext broker token

Cleartext token exposure in the Submariner operator in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes allows local users to read a broker token. The operator places the long-lived broker service-account bearer token directly in the Submariner Custom Resource specification instead of keeping it only in a protected secret-backed store. Attackers need low-privileged cluster read access through etcd or kubectl get output, and the stolen token grants full CRUD control over broker endpoints, secrets, and EndpointSlices across the mesh.
