Mesh traffic redirection via overbroad broker role

Access control flaw in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes allows remote authenticated users to redirect inter-cluster traffic. The submariner-k8s-broker-cluster Role assigned to joined clusters grants write access in the broker namespace, so one spoke can overwrite other clusters' endpoint records and related network objects. Exploitation requires control of a joined cluster or its credentials; that access is enough to reroute tunnel traffic across the mesh for man-in-the-middle interception and tampering.
