CVE-2026-66767Network attack vector

Session hijacking via buffered-request reprocessing

Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 9, 2026

Memory corruption in SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP and ABAP Platform allows remote attackers to hijack user sessions. A crafted network packet causes request-processing logic to reprocess a previously buffered user request after an integer underflow corrupts its state. Exploitation requires unauthenticated network access and narrow timing, and grants the victim session's ability to read and modify application data while causing limited service disruption.
