Plugin crash via overflowing SGI row-table allocation

Integer overflow in GIMP on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 through 9 allows attackers to crash the file-sgi plug-in via a crafted SGI image. The plug-in reads ysize and zsize as 16-bit unsigned header values, multiplies them as a 32-bit int, and passes the overflowing product to calloc for its row table. Exploitation requires a user to process an attacker-supplied RLE-compressed SGI file; the reported consequence is plug-in abort and service interruption.
