Unauthenticated reflected XSS via inline dismissal URL

Reflected XSS in Meta for WooCommerce 3.7.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser. The wpcom_update_notice method embeds its dismissal URL in an inline onClick JavaScript string without context-appropriate encoding. Exploitation requires an administrator to open a crafted URL while the WordPress.com update notice is rendered, after which script runs with that administrator's browser privileges.
