Unauthenticated payment bypass via forged unbound callbacks
Published Jul 29, 2026 · Updated Jul 29, 2026
Improper authorization in Balbooa Gridbox 1.0.0 through 2.20.1 allows remote attackers to bypass payment via crafted callbacks. The payment callback logic accepts a forgeable signature when no shared secret is configured and fails to bind a verified transaction to its intended order. An internet-reachable store using an affected gateway configuration lets unauthenticated remote attackers mark an order paid without a valid payment.
