CVE-2026-66409Network attack vector

Unauthenticated access via weak hotspot passwords

Published Aug 10, 2026 · Updated Aug 10, 2026

Weak Wi-Fi hotspot credentials in ECOVACS DEEBOT PRO M1 and K1 VAC allow remote attackers to connect to the robot access point. The robots use hotspot passwords weak enough to be analyzed and obtained instead of secrets chosen by each operator. Exploitation requires network reachability to the robot's Wi-Fi hotspot; successful access exposes the robot's hotspot network, but no further device control is reported.
