Unauthenticated account access via unrestricted password guessing
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
Improper login-attempt restriction in Mira Android App 4.5.15.4 and Mira Firmware 1.7.1.47 allows remote attackers to access accounts. The cloud authentication endpoints accept repeated failed logins without per-account limits, per-IP throttling, or account lockout. Repeated password guesses against a reachable cloud endpoint are the only reported prerequisite, and the consequence is unauthorized access to the guessed account.
