CVE-2026-66297Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Command execution via unescaped deployment variables

Published Aug 5, 2026 · Updated Aug 5, 2026

OS command injection in Dashbit Livebook 0.13.0 through 0.18.6 and 0.19.0 through 0.19.8 allows remote authenticated users to run commands. Deployment group setup rendering inserts environment-variable values into double-quoted Docker and Fly.io shell commands without escaping command substitutions, backticks, or quote characters. The attacker must be able to modify deployment group variables, and an operator must copy and run the generated command; execution then occurs under that operator account.
