Authenticated SQL injection via raw query substitution
Published Apr 20, 2026 · Updated Apr 20, 2026
SQL injection in EcclesiaCRM 8.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data through Query Viewer. ValidateInput accepts the custom POST value without filtering, and ProcessSQL inserts it into a query template with str_replace before database execution. Access to Query Viewer is required; crafted UNION queries can disclose usernames, password hashes, member records, financial data, and pastoral notes.
