Resource exhaustion in Apache Qpid Proton-J 0 through 0.34.1 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt AMQP services. The incoming-delivery path accepts an unbounded number of transfer frames for one delivery and retains associated state without a governing limit. An authenticated AMQP peer can keep a delivery open with excessive frames, consuming resources until the embedding broker, client, router, bridge, or proxy becomes unavailable.
