Authenticated denial of service via disposition ranges

Denial of service in Apache Qpid Proton-J through 0.34.1 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust CPU via crafted disposition frames. Its disposition handler naively processes attacker-controlled large or illegal delivery ranges without first bounding or rejecting them, causing excessive iteration. Reachability requires authenticated access to an AMQP endpoint that embeds the library, and exploitation interrupts that endpoint's responsiveness.
