Cross-organization agent control via unscoped execution IDs

Authorization bypass in SuperAGI 0.0.14 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and control other organizations' agent executions. Both handlers authenticate the caller but query AgentExecution only by agent_execution_id, without constraining the record to the caller's organization. Any authenticated account can expose another organization's execution details, stop a running agent, or restart it and consume its LLM credits.
